Careerpath! (a product of The CV Place) provides professional career roadmaps, simulated sprint exercises, and a repository of career-related templates and assets ("the Vault"). Our goal is to provide high-fidelity learning paths for individuals transitioning into new technical roles.

3. Fees and Payments

Careerpath! offers premium access via subscription passes. All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Paddle, Paystack). By purchasing a pass, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Your payment relationship is primarily with the payment processor, acting as the Merchant of Record.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The CV Place and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the roadmaps and Vault assets for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The CV Place, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The CV Place is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
